1) If you need an “initial” filing done, please go to our Forms Preparation page (Click Here).  This is the most efficient method to submit any of the initial filings to us for formation using either expedite or routine service.

2)  Important Information on Annual Reports : Click here for document issued from the State recently.

    a) IMPORTANT UPDATE:  The Bureau has now confirmed that Annual Reports will NOT start until 1/1/2025.

3) Expedited Filings: Filings and other work are now available on a daily basis.  We are still limited to 10 paper submissions each day, but we can submit your filings electronically without limit.

4)  Please see the linked notice from the PA Bureau of Corporation etc. concerning an erroneous message that they sent out concerning the upcoming deadline for Certificates of Annual Registration (here)
